The Newly Baptised at the Easter Vigil are invited for the Celebration of the Rite of Commissioning on the day of Pentecost on 27th of May 2012 in Lourdes Cathedral at 10:00.
They will be sent by the Bishop and the Catholic Community to proclaim the Gospel in the Communities they live in and to witness through true Christian life to the their faith in Jesus Christ.
The Members of the Diocesan Pastoral Council will hold their meeting on 23rd of June 2012 in Harding at 9:00 am.

To deepen their faith and knowledge of our Catholic teaching and traditions the Sodalities as well individual members of the Church are encouraged to study and discuss in the meetings the book prepared by Bishop Oswald Himmer: "Our Joy in being Catholic". In Zulu: "Injabulo yethu ekubeni ngamaKhatholika". May this book besides the Bible and Constitution become the manual in deepening the faith of all members.
