Bishop Sithembele Sipuka of MTHATHA  has been elected PRESIDENT of the Southern African Catholic Bishops' Conference (SACBC) (Middle). Bishop Dabula Mpako of Queenstown will serve as 1st Vice President (right) and Bishop Graham Rose of  Dundee as 2nd Vice President (left). Departments and Offices will do election at February 2019 Plenary Conference.
