The People and the Bishop of Umzimkulu Diocese appeal to all People of Good Will to support us in Education and Formation of young men - seminarians to become the Priests and Shepherds of our Local Community. The diocese on its own is not able to raise all the funds required for the education. Fees and other expenses sum up to R60 000.00 = $ 7 500.00 per year per person. The Youth of Umzimkulu Diocese will celebrate the Youth Year of Faith and 10 years Jubilee of Education for Life on 27-28 April 2013 in Emaus Mission. The celebration will start on 27 April at 8:30 in Dumisa Mission, from where the Youth will walk - proclaiming the Gospel to the Communities on the Way - to Emaus Mission. Afternoon the Young People will have the special programme - reflecting on the meaning of being of Young Person - and the Disciple of Jesus in today's world. The theme of Celebration: "Through faith in Christ we have fullness of life." All Young People and more mature are cordially invited to this special celebration that will be held until Sunday morning on 28the of April.
