Lourdes Pilgrimage - 30 Oct 2010 PDF Print E-mail

Lourdes_Pilgrimage-a62On Saturday - 30th of October 2010 afternoon there was the Pilgrimage to Lourdes Mission in Diocese of Umzimkulu. The pilgrims prayed overnight till Sunday morning. The programme of the pilgrimage started at 5:00 afternoon on Saturday with penitential service and individual confessions. In the programme of the celebration there were Holy Mass presided by Bishop of Umzimkulu - Stanislaw Dziuba, OSPPE, the Rosary Procession with Candles, Healing Service, preaching by Fr. Sibongiseni Cele, special prayers to Our Lady of Lourdes - especially for the new vocations to the priesthood and religious life for Diocese of Umzimkulu. All present have experienced of God presence though the intercession of Mother of Jesus - the Queen of the Holy Rosary. To see some photos follow the link to Gallery.

 
St John Vianney Seminary in Pretoria - Institution of Acolytes PDF Print E-mail

On 3rd of November 2010 the St John Vianney Interdiocesan Seminary in Pretoria  - South Africa has celebrated the institution of 19 acolytes that was presided by Bishop Stanislaw Dziuba, OSPPE - the bishop of Umzimkulu Diocese with assistance of Formators of the Seminary and visiting priests. The responsibility of the acolytes will be to assist priests and deacons to carry out their ministry at the celebration of the Eucharist as well the acolytes will be the special ministers to give Holy Communion to the faithful at the liturgy and to the sick. From the Umzimkulu Diocese the  seminarian Siyabonga T. Magcaba was instituted as the acolyte.  To see more photos follow the link to Gallery.

Br. David Vukani Dlamini ordained a Deacon PDF Print E-mail

David_Dlamini-deacon-a45The Missionary Community of the Pauline Order and Centocow Mission Parish Community rejoiced at ordination of Br. David Vukani Dlamini to the diaconate on 17th of October 2010 at Centocow Mission in Diocese of Umzimkulu. The celebration gathered together many priests, religious sisters, representatives from different Christian churches and faithful from outstations of Centocow Parish as well representatives from different parishes.

Wspólnota Paulińska w Afrykańskiej Częstochowie - Centocow Mission razem z parafianami 17 października 2010 przeżywała uroczystość święceń diakonatu pierwszego powołania do Zakonu Paulińskiego z tej parafii -Brata David Vukani Dlamini. Diakon David Dlamini wyraził wdzięczność tym wszystkim, którzy stanęli na drodze jego powołania, szczególnie w czasie jego nowicjatu w Polsce i studiów Seminaryjnych w Rzymie. Uroczystość zgromadziła księży, wiele sióstr zakonnych, reprezentantów innych wyznań chrzescijańskich i parafian z wszystkich 14 kaplic dojazdowych i z poza parafii. Święceń diakonatu udzielał Biskup Stanislaw Dziuba, OSPPE przy asyscie O. Ignacego Stankiewicza, O. Michała Kurzynka - naszych paulińskich misjonarzy i O. Mathew  ze zgromadzenia z Marianhill. Zdjęcia wykonane byly przez Br Janusza Herduś. Prosimy o modltitwę o nowe powołania do Paulińskiej Wspólnoty z Afrykańskiej ziemi i o pomoc w naszej misyjnej pracy.
